Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Return Policy
Customers must notify Gifts Through the Ages within 14 days of receiving their order to initiate a return.
Items must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
After notification, returns must be received by Gifts Through the Ages within 14 days.

Damaged or Defective Products
We take pride in the quality of every product we offer.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify Gifts Through the Ages within 5 days of receipt.
Claims made after 5 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Once your claim is verified, we’ll work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Affiliate Products vs. Gifts Through the Ages Products

That means all orders, payments, shipping, and returns for those items are handled through the retailer’s own website and policies. Refunds

Shipping Returns
